All of our Vinyl products are made to order and it will take 1 Business day to dispatch. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and some Larger Parcel may be shipped via EVRi or DPD from our fulfilment centre in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Depending on your location and shipping method chosen during checkout delivery can take between 1-5 Business days and for International orders it may take up to 7-14 Business days however, delay can be expected during busy periods.Â

You will receive a shipping email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
We offer express Guaranteed Next Day shipping via Royal Mail for UK Customers only for a charge of £7.99. Please note that we require at least 1 Business day for Production time as all items we have on sale are made to order.
However, If you urgently require something please contact us we will try our best to fulfil your requirements.
All UK Orders small or large are Free Shipping via Royal Mail 48 | 2nd Class which ever is appropriate. If you spend more than £35 after any discounts you will receive a free complimentary upgrade to Royal Mail 24 | 1st class.
We also offer Express Options such as Royal Mail 24 | 1st Class for £2.99 for orders under £35 and Special Next Day Guaranteed for £7.99.
All Europe Continent Free Shipping via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed to anywhere in Europe, when you spend more than £70 after any discounts to qualify. Under £70 a flat charge of £14.99 applies.
All other International Countries Free Shipping via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed to anywhere in the world, when you spend more than £100 after any discounts to qualify. Under £100 a flat charge of £14.99 applies.Â

After your payment has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is in production.
Production times is 1 Business Day however, if a delay occurs in production time we will contact you and also send an email notification that your order is on Hold.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by email and an SMS text message (when UK mobile number is provided).

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand furthermore, please check your junk/spam folder for the confirmation email. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us by using the contact form on our website.
Not to worry, for UK Customers please allow up to a 7 Business days and for International Customers please allow up to 14 Business days for your order to arrive. If it still hasn’t arrived after the given time scale, please contact us using our contact form on our website along with your Order number, Name and Address.
Please note that if you haven’t got in touch with us regarding a missing parcel within 90 days of placing your order it has been too long and we can no longer help.
Please be careful when entering your address, Retro Wall Arts Limited will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
After delivery attempts your package will either be kept at the local collection office or returned to us or disposed of and if this is the case then an additional shipping fee and cost will apply for re-delivery please see Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

Is there Customs fee’s & Taxes?
Additional customs may be applied at the time of delivery for orders outside of the UK, you can access more information regarding customs by contacting your local post office. Retro Wall Arts Limited is not responsible for the fees applied and are unable to establish these fees prior to delivery.
As of 1 July 2021, new European VAT rules for business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions will apply, impacting suppliers of services, goods, marketplaces, and postal couriers. After the 1st July 2021, the value-added tax (VAT) exemption for the importation of goods with a value not exceeding EUR 22 will be removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT.
The VAT charges will need to be paid by all EU Buyers, at the time of purchase when shipping country is within the EU Continent a flat rate VAT of 20% would be applied automatically. Please note the VAT will vary depending on the shipping country and we will cover the cost if it’s above the 20% rate.
All EU customer would receive two emails first an order confirmation and another with the breakdown of VAT amount paid by Taxamo on behalf of the customer, please keep this invoice safe because customs may require proof of VAT payment before releasing your parcel.
Our VAT for EU customers are maintained and paid for by Taxamo Assure a Vertex company. Taxamo is the electronic interface facilitating the sale and files, remits, and settles tax on its own behalf.

We accept all Major Credit or Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna Instalment Payments and e-Gift Cards purchased from Retro Wall Arts.
All online payments are securely processed either by PayPal, Klarna or Stripe Payment Gateway.
The total minimum spend after discounts should be more than £35 to qualify for pay in 3 with Klarna payment gateway. However, you can use Buy now & Pay in 30 Days without a minimum Spend on Klarna payment gateway.

Ordering is simple and safe, our website is protected with a SSL certificate and all personal and financial information submitted is processed by PayPal, Klarna or Stripe Payment Gateway.
All prices listed and charged on our website are in British Pound Sterling £ (GBP).
Retro Wall Arts Limited reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, including sale items and coupon offers.
It will take around 3-5 days for refund to be credited however, some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account.
The timescales for processing refunds are out of our control and refunds will only be made to the original method of payment.
All e-Gift Cards purchased from Retro Wall Arts Limited have indefinite expiration date.Â
There is no cash alternative on the e-gift cards and any remaining balance will stay on your e-gift card for future use indefinitely. Â

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from delivery for Non-Personalised Vinyl Sticker Decals however, for clothing, face mask and any Personalised items, no returns are accepted because we are unable to return these items into stock as its unlikely another customer will choose the same options as you. Please choose carefully and make sure you are happy with your choice of design and size before purchasing.
We also accept returns on all Premium metal wall art as long as the goods are in resalable condition i.e. box is not teared or metal is not damaged in any form.
If you are returning item(s) to us from outside of the UK, you must complete customs declaration, clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’. If your parcel is stopped at UK Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to the sender. Under no circumstances can we pay customs duty in order to receive back our items.

In the unlikely event that any of our products arrives damaged or faulty please contact the customer services by attaching images of the damaged/faulty product on the form here
A photo of the damaged product/s and the order number must be included to proceed with the resolution process.
All return Post are to be paid by the buyer, Retro Wall Arts Limited will not pay for any return post unless authorised by a member of staff at Retro Wall Arts due to faulty or an error from our part.
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched, if the item is dispatched, we cannot cancel the order and normal Return Process would apply.
The only way to change an order is cancelling the order and refunding the order before dispatched and then you will need to reorder the correct items.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchange however, you can return the unwanted non personalised item/s but you will need to pay for the return postage cost and we would refund the cost of the item.
The Shipping cost (if applicable) is Non-Refundable, when the item has left our dispatch centre.
