Shipping & Handling

All orders submitted before 11:59 PM (GMT) will be processed and dispatched the next working day at 1:00 PM (GMT) No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Public holidays. 

After your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address therefore, please check the shipping address before making a payment.

You will receive an acknowledgement email when an order is placed followed by a dispatch email which will have tracking number and pdf invoice attached to the email. (Mobile number must be provided during checkout process for our SMS confirmation of the order and a dispatch message notification)

We currently do not offer express service for Saturday delivery. However, other express delivery i.e. Royal Mail 24 | 1st class service or Special Guaranteed next day are available at an additional charge during checkout.

After an failed delivery attempt your package will either be returned to us or disposed of. Additional shipping fees and costs will apply for all re-delivery.

¹ The re-delivery charge for all U.K. orders are charged £3.99 dispatched via Royal Mail 48 | 2nd Class whichever is appropriate.

³ International orders Requirements to qualify for Free Shipping;

  • All Europe Continent Free Shipping via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed to anywhere in Europe, when you spend more than £70 after any discounts to qualify. Under £70 a flat charge of £14.99 applies.
  • All other International Countries Free Shipping via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed to anywhere in the world, when you spend more than £100 after any discounts to qualify. Under £100 a flat charge of £14.99 applies. 

Purchases must be made as one transaction for the discount to be automatically added at checkout. Multiple separate orders do no qualify unless the cart value meets the threshold.

Customs

Additional customs may be applied at the time of delivery for orders outside of the UK, you can access more information regarding customs by contacting your local post office because we are unable to establish these fees prior to delivery.

Retro Wall Arts Limited is not responsible for the fees applied for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, and transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

To ensure there is no delays and no complication for goods exiting the UK, we are authorised to move (export) goods outside the UK our Valid EORI Registration Number: GB082164226000

As of 1 July 2021, new European VAT rules for business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions will apply, impacting suppliers of services, goods, marketplaces, and postal couriers. After the 1st July 2021, the value-added tax (VAT) exemption for the importation of goods with a value not exceeding EUR 22 will be removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT.

The VAT charges will need to be paid by all EU Buyers, at the time of purchase when shipping country is within the EU Continent a flat rate VAT of 20% would be applied automatically. Please note the VAT will vary depending on the shipping country and we will cover the cost if it’s above the 20% rate.

All EU customer would receive two emails first an order confirmation and another with the breakdown of VAT amount paid by Taxamo on behalf of the customer, please keep this invoice safe because customs may require proof of VAT payment before releasing your parcel.

Our VAT for EU customers are maintained and paid for by Taxamo Assure a Vertex company. Taxamo is the electronic interface facilitating the sale and files, remits, and settles tax on its own behalf.

Returns Policy

All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of the request and in a sale-able condition for us to process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

No Returns will be accepted for any Personalised made products and Face Masks as we cannot restock these for resale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If applicable Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will only refund the cost of the product not for any shipping charges you have paid during the purchase of the products.

Please note: If you are returning item(s) to us from outside of the UK, you must complete customs declaration, clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’. If your parcel is stopped at UK Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to the sender. Under no circumstances can we pay customs duty in order to receive back our items.

We are not liable to accept claims for missing or damaged items in transit if the cause is deemed to be damaged packaging during transit. However, if this occurs please contact us we will investigate this for you.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back and we will credit the refund as soon as we receive it, but it can take around 3-5 days for your account to be credited however, some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account. Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
